Picking Up Orders in Level 3

***Update: With the return to Level 3 we have resumed "drive thru" style click and collect. 

Everything you need to know about picking up your order in level 3!

In order to comply with Government guidelines, our click and collect service in level 3 will be "drive thru" only. Customers will not be able to pick up by foot until level 2.

At the moment, click and collect is only available at our WestCity store. 

Step 1: Order online and select Pick Up In Store

Step 2: Wait for email saying the order is ready to collect. This is NOT the order confirmation email that gets sent after you've placed an order. It will be an email that lets you know your order is packed and ready to collect and will link you to this blog to follow the instructions.

Step 3: Drive to WestCity. Park in park 7 or 8 in the image below. This image is of the main car park that goes to the Hollywood Bakery entry / entry to the back of our store. Note, our click and collect service is only active between 10am-1pm Monday-Friday. 
*** If you are not able to park in the designated car parks, please park as close to the doors as possible and let us know where you are when you notify us of your arrival.

Step 4: Call the store phone and give your name, order number and licence plate of your car. The store phone number is 021 182 2153.  Or you can message us on our Facebook Page Messenger. 

Step 5: Our staff member will come and deliver your parcel in the space next to your car. Do not open your door as you see our staff approach. Please wait until they have dropped the parcel and walked away to collect your parcel.
