For people who have used the site for a while, you may not realise some of the features we have, here's a quick run-down of them and how to make the most of them.
Rewards programme
You can get FREE stuff, just for shopping with us! This is just a little "thank you" for choosing us.There are many ways to get points, including telling your friends about us, setting up an account and making purchases. We'll have other promotions from time-to-time that will help you get more points too. Once you have enough points, you can redeem them for a free gift, custom Card Merchant Dice or any other goodies we have available through the programme at the time. To access your rewards, just click on the black box that says "Earn Rewards" on the right hand side of your screen.
Wishlist
We have a wishlist that you can add products to so you can remember them later and it makes them easier to find. As well as this, you can share the wishlist though social media or email, so your friends and family know what you're after. This way they know exactly what products you want, sharing your wishlist just before your birthday or Christmas means you'll always get exactly what you want! To start using this feature, simply go into a product you'd like and add "add to wishlist" and it will be added for you to look back at later. This feature works much better if you have an account with us.
Flat rate shipping
We regularly get asked how much an order will cost to ship. On the website it's made very easy. For all standard addresses in New Zealand, it will cost $5! Rural is $10 and overseas is a bit more. But for all standard addresses in New Zealand, no matter how big your order is, we'll cover the extra cost of the shipping so you'll always pay just $5.
Articles
One or two articles per game are released each week. This can be anything from deck profiles, to hints on how to play to product profiles or announcements. These can help you stay up-to-date with the latest things going on and can also give you some great information on new products and cards. If you're looking for inspiration for your next deck, these are also a great start as there are lots of deck profiles up so you can have a look at a lot of different strategies and you can take these ideas to use in your deck. There's also a "Fun Deck Friday" that comes out once a month if you're wanting to look at decks that are a little different to the standard decks, they also tend to be a bit cheaper to build as well. There are regular guest writers as well as staff articles, so if you'd like to see more guest articles, make sure you support the writers here so they can continue to write articles.

Facebook Chat
You can get in touch with us without even leaving the website! In the bottom right hand corner of your screen, there should be a Facebook button. This links you directly to our Facebook page and you can flick us a message without even leaving the website. You will need a Facebook page yourself to be able to use this feature and we're not online 24/7 (we need sleep too!) but we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Daily Deals
This is a deal that updates each day. New deals are programmed to go up at midnight, so they'll be ready for you to check out from the moment you wake up. Deals don't automatically come down, so you may occasionally see 2 deals up at once if Chloe hasn't got around to taking down the deal from the day before yet. All daily deals are still valid until stock runs out or they're taken down, so if you're up super early, you can potentially grab todays and yesterdays deal at the same time! Daily deals do have a limited number available, so they may sell out even though we still have stock of that item. The days that sell out of Daily Deals most often are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, so you may want to check the deal early on those days.
Social Media
We're not just robots behind a screen, we'd love for you to connect with us! We do have the store in Glenfield Mall, but if you don't live in Auckland or going to the store isn't practical for you, there are many more ways you can connect with us. We have a Facebook page, as well as groups (this one for Pokemon, this one for Yu-Gi-Oh). We also have an instagram page where you can see images of some of the things we've been up to. We also attend many of the big expos, such as Armageddon, so if one is coming up in your city, flick us a message to see if we'll be there!
